Comcast is hosting a meet and greet from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Tuesday, June 9, at its field offices at 1717 E. Buckeye in Spokane. Company representatives will greet potential job candidates, share information about the company and discuss the application process.
Potential candidates will be able to speak to current Comcasters, enjoy snacks, Comcast goodies, and learn more about a potential career in media and technology. Potential candidates can walk right in; no appointments are necessary..
Comcast recently announced plans for a call center in Spokane that will eventually employ 675 people.
Comcast is hiring for the following positions:
- Customer Account Representatives, Sales: Must have a high school diploma (or its equivalent) along with 1-2 years of related experience.
- Customer Experience Rep – Retention (Loyalty): Must have a high school diploma (or its equivalent) along with 1-2 years of related experience.
- Sales/Retention Supervisors: Must have a high school diploma (or its equivalent) along with 3-5 years of related experience (should include 1 year working directly with customers).
- Sales Manager/Retention Manager: Must have a Bachelor’s Degree (or its equivalent) along with 6-9 years of related experience (should include experience managing hourly and salaried employees).
All positions require the ability to work a flexible schedule.

Note: the offices on East Buckeye are not the location of either the interim or permanent call center sites. The permanent site has not been announced. The interim site will be 2818 N Sullivan Road in Spokane Valley.
