Wide Receiver Doug Baldwin Helps Inaugurate New Xfinity Store in Lynnwood

Wide Receiver Doug Baldwin will be at the new Xfinity Store in Lynnwood from 1 to 3 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 16.

On Monday, Dec, 15, the cable store in Lynnwood gets a new location and a new design, becoming the 8th official XFINITY Store in Washington. XFINITY Stores are designed around the needs of customers, giving them an opportunity to explore, learn, and interact directly with the latest XFINITY products and services.

And customers and the staff of 13 also get more room; the current space is 2,500 square feet; the new store is 4,300 square feet. The Lynnwood store welcomes people for about 100,000 visits a year.

We celebrate the next day, Tuesday, Dec. 16, with an honored guest: professional wide receiver Doug Baldwin. He’ll be meeting people and signing autographs from 1 to 3 p.m. Go Hawks!

Important note: we’re providing notice of the move so you can plan ahead, but the location of the Lynnwood store won’t change until Monday, Dec. 15.

The Lynnwood XFINITY Store will be located at 3105 Alderwood Mall Blvd, Suite Q, Lynnwood, WA 98036. The new store is next to the Michaels Store, part of the Alderwood Towne Center, south of the Alderwood Mall.

The old location will close its doors at 7 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 13. The store won’t be open on Sunday the 14th, in order for the move to happen. Then that Monday, Dec. 15, the store hours go back to normal, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday and noon to 4 p.m. on Sundays.

The new, interactive center features flat screen HD TVs, a comfortable seating area and informational kiosks where customers can learn more about Comcast’s products and services, including XFINITY Home which helps customers manage and monitor their homes while away. Product bars also provide customers with the opportunity to watch XFINITY TV, test drive XFINITY Internet speeds and experience the XFINITY Voice service.

Additionally, customers will receive personalized service from trained and knowledgeable sales consultants and more time-saving offerings, including self-service kiosks for quick bill pay and a new queuing system that lets customers explore and be entertained while waiting for service.
