Comcast Service Restoration Underway in Mirrormont

5pm Update – Our crews are continuing to work around the clock to restore connectivity and making great progress. We will provide an estimated return of service date and time once one is available. Damage from the storm is extensive, which has created a complex environment for safely making repairs. As we mentioned earlier today, temporary repairs will take a few days, permanent repairs will take a bit longer. We appreciate your patience.

Log on to your account at xfinity.com/myaccount or via the Xfinity app, and make sure your contact information is current. Please provide us with your mobile number so we can send you text alerts before an outage and afterward when services are restored.

Download or Log in to the Xfinity app or Comcast Business My Account. You can get updates on outages, report service interruptions, and see when your service is expected to be restored. Double-check that we have the correct mobile number to contact you quickly with updates.

11/27 12pm – Xfinity and Comcast Business customers in Mirrormont continue to experience internet service disruptions. Comcast technicians safely gained access to the area and to damaged sites this morning and are actively working to reestablish network connectivity. Our crews are addressing severe storm damage, including at least a dozen telephone poles which are damaged or down.

Due to the level of damage, temporary repairs will take a few days. Permanent repairs will take longer, and we will provide an estimated return of service date and time once one is available.

Our operations and network technicians are working to reconnect all our customers. We are committed to this task and won’t stop until every customer is back up and running. We know service interruptions can be disruptive, especially around the holidays.
