12/2/24 5pm Update: Our dedicated team of technicians has restored connectivity for 90% of our customers in Mirrormont. We continue to work in the area to restore connectivity to all customers.
12/2/24 11am update: We’re making significant progress, with 80% of our network that was impacted by outages in Mirrormont now restored. However, we understand that 20% of our customers are still without service and our crews are working throughout the day to restore service to each and every one of our customers in the area.
12/1/24 9am Update – We are pleased to report that significant progress has been made. 60% of Xfinity of customers in Mirrormont who lost service are reconnected and our crews are continuing to work on getting all customers back online through the weekend.
11/29/24 5:30pm Update – We have begun splicing fiber and will begin the process of getting customers back online throughout the weekend.
11/29/24 9am Update – Our crews worked through Thanksgiving making repairs and continue to make excellent progress restoring connectivity in Mirrormont. We will continue to work through Friday, and the weekend and we will provide an estimated return of service date and time once one is available. We appreciate your patience.

Temporary repairs are being installed; permanent repairs will take a bit longer. As those living in the Mirrormount neighborhood know, the damage from the storm was extensive and has created a complex environment for safely making repairs. 11/27 12pm – Xfinity and Comcast Business customers in Mirrormont continue to experience internet service disruptions. Comcast technicians safely gained access to the area and to damaged sites this morning and are actively working to reestablish network connectivity. Our crews are addressing severe storm damage, including at least a dozen telephone poles which are damaged or down.
Due to the level of damage, temporary repairs will take a few days. Permanent repairs will take longer, and we will provide an estimated return of service date and time once one is available.
Our operations and network technicians are working to reconnect all our customers. We are committed to this task and won’t stop until every customer is back up and running. We know service interruptions can be disruptive, especially around the holidays.
