Good Guide News: Searching On Demand

There’s a lot of buzz out there about how you can use some smartphones as a remote; but we haven’t forgotten the classic TV remote. There’s great news here in Washington state: you can now search On Demand content through your remote. The steps are easy:

1. Just select the Search button on the main menu or quick menu.

2. Select “Search TV and On Demand.”

3. Search by title or even by actor’s or director’s name

I live near Tacoma and tested out the expanded search by typing in ‘Tacoma;’ and was suitably amazed with how much content there was involving that city. Check out your favorite search terms.
