Truck Damages Comcast Lines, Interrupts Services in City of Bainbridge Island, City of Poulsbo & Kitsap County Areas in Between

September 5, 2:30 pm: Some Xfinity and Comcast Business customers in the City of Bainbridge Island, City of Poulsbo & Kitsap County Areas in between are experiencing an interruption to their services, which began this afternoon when cable lines were accidentally damaged by a truck at the intersection of NW Liberty Rd and Viking Ave NW in Poulsbo.

Our network maintenance crews are onsite waiting for safety officials to provide access to the damaged lines. Our technicians will replace the damaged lines and get our customers back up and running as soon as possible. We know any time without service is difficult and appreciate our customers’ patience.
