Vandalism Causes Comcast Service Interruption in Federal Way

Some Xfinity and Comcast Business customers in Federal Way are experiencing an interruption to their services, which began this afternoon when a Comcast cable line was damaged from vandalism.

Our dedicated network maintenance crews are working to replace the damaged lines, and service restoration is expected by 10 p.m. today. Reconnecting your service is our top priority. Thank you for your patience and for being our customer.

When vandals intentionally cut cables, they cause network service outages, and we need your help. If you see something suspicious, please report it to your local law enforcement agency.
