Transforming Medical Lake with Exceptional Service, One Happy Customer at a Time!

Medical Lake resident Dustin couldn’t contain his excitement when he discovered that Comcast was expanding its network to Medical Lake, bringing Xfinity services to the area. Frustrated with their previous internet provider, Dustin and his family were eager for a change.

“We had another provider, and it was pretty bad. Our son could hardly do anything on his computer when we were watching TV. We always had to make sure our phones weren’t connected to the internet when we were at home watching TV because it was really throttled, and we were paying $120,” Dustin explained, clearly frustrated.

The family made the switch to Comcast and were thrilled with the results, especially the speed of the network.

“Our speed tests were in the 10 to 12 megabytes for downloads before we got Comcast, and now we’re at like 400, so it’s incredible,” Dustin said.

As one of the first families in the area to connect to Comcast, Dustin and his family were recently surprised by local Comcast technicians with flowers and gifts to celebrate this milestone.
