In our ongoing commitment to supporting digital equity, we recently had the honor of sponsoring the Seattle Southside Chamber’s Workforce Discovery Lab for the third-straight year.
The Workforce Discovery Lab, held in the Burien-Tukwila-SeaTac area, is an initiative designed to provide students with valuable insights into various career pathways. We were again delighted to contribute by providing laptops to 30 graduating students at the celebration event, helping them continue their pursuits with essential tools for their future academic and career endeavors.
What made this year’s event particularly special was the inclusion of families in the completion celebration. This was a new addition to the program, and it was a heartening experience to see students share their achievements with their loved ones. For us, this was more than just a sponsorship; it was a tangible way to connect with our broader initiative, Project Up, which focuses on empowering students to improve and prepare for their careers.
