We are excited to re-open our Xfinity store in Factoria after closing for remodeling in October. Come see us at 3630 Factoria Blvd SE, Bellevue, WA 98006. All week long we will offer surprise giveaways to customers at the store leading up to our grand re-opening event on Friday, November 19 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., which will include “Spin-to Win” prizes.
Our remodeled retail location in Factoria offers customers a welcoming and modern retail environment that highlights the complete line of Xfinity technology offerings, including Xfinity X1, Xfinity Home, Xfinity Internet, Flex, and Xfinity Mobile. We also offer Comcast Business Mobile that provides small-to-medium-sized businesses with unlimited data and 5G included for as low as $24 per line with ten lines.
There are three Xfinity stores in Bellevue, including our premier 8,400-square-foot retail center at Bellevue Square, aimed at making the experience better and more convenient for local customers. In addition to experiencing our industry-leading products and services, customers may receive support, turn in used equipment, pay their bills, and more.
Our remodeled Xfinity retail store is the latest example of the company’s ongoing investment in Washington state. Comcast has invested nearly $1 billion in technology and infrastructure in Washington during the last three years, including upgrades to our broadband network.

The Xfinity retail store in Factoria will be open Monday through Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Sunday, 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Customers can check the hours of their local store and book appointments in advance by visiting xfinitystores.com.
