Some Xfinity and Comcast Business customers in Tacoma and several areas of Pierce County are now experiencing an interruption to their services, which began this morning when our cable lines were damaged due to vandalism. Our network maintenance crews are actively working to replace the damaged lines and get our customers back up and running as soon as possible with an estimated time of return to service at 9 p.m.
We know any time without service can be frustrating and appreciate our customer’s patience during this outage.
