As a result of commercial power outages because of winds throughout the night and today, Comcast is experiencing service interruptions in Washington. The hardest hit areas are in Whatcom County, but there is wind-related damage in other places such as Bellevue and Everett. We are actively addressing these issues and regret the inconvenience they may cause.  Additional crews and generators have been deployed. We are coordinating with our power partners and be assured Comcast is operating in an all-hands-on-deck mode in response to this significant weather event.

While not the only factor, most Comcast service outages are resulting from a loss of commercial power.  In most cases when power is restored, Comcast services are restored as well.

In some situations, you might have power at your home, but your services could be affected. This is usually because the network has power outages around you, affecting services on the way to your home. We have placed and will continue to place generators to bolster networks.

We thank you, our customers, for your patience and our crews for their dedication to restoring service as soon as possible.
