Update on July 23: We’re so honored that Estela Ortega of El Centro de La Raza has joined the PSA roster. Check out her PSA here.

As we told you last month, Comcast in Washington is airing PSAs to get out the word about  Internet Essentials.  Internet Essentials is Comcast’s broadband and tech program for families whose children qualify for free- and reduced-cost lunches at school.

You may also recall the first PSA features Tacoma Mayor Marilyn Strickland. This month, Washington’s largest city Seattle steps up to play with a PSA featuring Seattle City Councilman Bruce Harrell. He’s a highly regarded local leader with a long record of promoting technology adoption.

And for a change of pace, we move from political celebrities to musical celebrities: the third PSA  features three local women who were such a hit on”America’s Got Talent: ” the EriAm Sisters. They generously agreed to sing a bit of the PSA, which we never even thought to ask the political leaders to do!

We thank the sisters, Mayor Strickland and Councilman Harrell for their help. Whoever carries the messenger, we hope families hear the news of this opportunity to get an Internet connection for $9.95 a month and an affordable computer.
