What’s Your Favorite Irish Movie?

The Comcast logo

We’ve just posted a fun poll on Facebook: What’s your favorite Irish movie? We are not just doing this because some of us are 1/8th Irish and have an Irish surname. March is St. Patrick’s Month (we don’t want to be confined to just one St. Patrick’s Day) And like all forms of heritage, Irish heritage is rich in tradition and depth.

We got these selections from Comcast On Demand, which  has these movies in a special folder called “Luck of the Irish” You can watch them on TV, or you can some online via the links below. We don’t propose you watch or re-watch ALL of these movies before you vote, but it’s not the worst way to spend your time.

Angela’s Ashes (watch On Demand)

Far and Away (watch On Demand)

Gangs of New York (watch On Demand)

Good Will Hunting (available online or On Demand)

In The Name of the Father (watch on Demand or HBO customers, online)

Michael Collins  (online or On Demand)

Miller’s Crossing (watch On Demand)

My Left Foot (watch On Demand)

The Brothers McMullen (watch On Demand)

The Commitments (watch On Demand)

The Fighter (On Demand on March 15 – clips up now)

The Secret of Kells (watch On Demand)

That’s a lot of choices. Cast your vote here.
